How long will it take for my ready to wear corsets to ship?

How long will my custom order take to ship?

Custom orders can take 4-6 months to complete and send out. I have to draft the pattern to your measurements and make mockup, then fit the mockup on you firs, which may need several fittings to get right. An expected ship date will be provided once the order is finalised. All orders are sent 1st class recorded.

I like one of the ready to wear corsets, but it isn't in my size, can you make one in my size?

Most of my corsets can be made to measure, and can also be customised (such as changing the binding colour, adding trim, or changing the style etc). Please note though that some fabric I use is a one off and I may not be able to use that exact fabric, but I will aim to get a close a match as I can.

Do you have a shop I can visit to try corsets on?

Unfortunately I don't have a shop or space for customers to try corsets on as I work out of my own home. All measurements of my ready to wear corsets are stated on the shop. Any custom corsets will be made to the measurements you provide, and mockups and fittings will be done first to check for fit. I do regularly trade at several fairs across the UK so keep an eye out on my main page for future trading announcements. You can try any of my corsets on when I am trading at markets, as well as place orders with me in person.

When do I need to pay for a custom corset?

In order to secure your order and for me to start work on your corset I will require a 50% deposit of the total cost of the corset. This covers the cost of any fabric, and will enable me to start work on drafting your personalised corset pattern and mock up. Once the corset has been completed I will contact to arrange payment of the remaining balance. Once the full balance has been paid I will then be able to send your corset to you or you can collect from me in person.

How much is a custom or made to measure corset?

I charge an extra £65 for made to measure corsets on top of the price of the corset. This includes drafting a pattern, making a mockup, and fitting the mockup before making the final corset. Please note though that the price of the corset can change if extra boning is needed, or you want something extra adding. Fully custom orders are priced individually based on fabrics, extra work needed etc.

Can I send you fabric to make a corset from?

Yes if you have fabric you want making in to a corset, I can usually make one. Please contact me first with the details of the fabric to make sure it is suitable.
